Tourism is a multidisciplinary sector. It is a sector that gains momentum when stakeholders with diverse interests act in concert. When you manage to synchronize at a certain pace, it can act as a lever for development in terms of profit. Turkey is as rich in history, cultural fabric, and nature as it is in sea and sand. We aim to focus our activities on diversified tourism areas and target effective work in creating destinations in this field.
Sustainable and Thematic Destinations
Thematic and sustainable projects that are popular worldwide are our priority in order to increase Türkiye's competitiveness in tourism. Recognizing that tourism is one of Türkiye's highest value-added sectors, we will focus on strengthening Türkiye as a destination by shifting towards alternative tourism areas such as gastronomy, culture, and ecotourism.
Strong Partnerships with Stakeholders
As the Tourism and Destination Management Association, our priority is to work with our stakeholders to produce innovative projects and develop solutions in areas where there is a perceived need, based on a collaborative and sharing approach within the sector. Our ultimate goal is to become a go-to organization for promising destinations.
TDYD is a non-governmental organization that aims to promote Turkey's natural and cultural heritage internationally. TDYD aims to strengthen the Turkish economy by contributing to local development through sustainable tourism projects. It supports the sector by providing consultancy services at the local and national levels with the goal of highlighting Turkey's high-potential destinations and creating new attractions.
